In order to be eligible to play Microsoccer in the fall 2008 season your child must be 5 years old by 8/31/2008.
Rosters won't be finalized until mid-August. They'll be given to the coaches at the coach clinic. Coaches should contact their players and families shortly thereafter.

Most Microsoccer teams don't practice until the season starts on September 4th. The format for Microsoccer is coed teams with two year groups on the same teams. Each team has 12 players. The season runs for about 7 weeks. Practices (30 minutes) and games (30 minutes) are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Westview High School or Rock Creek Community Church.

Soccer shoes are not required for Microsoccer. Any shoe with a strong (hide verses canvas) upper will do. However, as you know, flat soles on wet fields don't work all that well. We do sell shoes at the Microsoccer jamboree, but we rarely have all that many to sell.
Tee shirts will be provided by SWSC, but shin guards must be worn and are not supplied by SWSC.
