Coaches: If you have notified us that you are planing in a fall tournament, we have printed your player cards and they are available through either the registrar or the director-at-large. If you have not recieved them, please send an e-mail to director@somersetwestsoccer.org and registrar@somersetwestsoccer.org and we will make arrangements to get your cards to you.
Parents: If you need your child's player card so they can participate in the spring season with their own or another team, please first check with their Fall 2009 coach to see if he/she has their player card. If they do not, send an email to registrar@somersetwestsoccer.org with the player name, team name, age group, and Fall 2009 coach. We will print a player card for you and either mail it to you or arrange for you to pick it up.
Everyone: We are only allowed to print a limited number of player cards so once you have recieved a card for your child/coach, please do not lose or discard the card at the end of the fall/spring seasons because you may need it again. If you do lose it, let is know but it will really help us all if we try to minimize this situation.
