Registration

Registration for the Fall, 2009 season is now closed. If you need to update your registration record, you can access your online registration record by logging into the SWSC Affinity site at http://oysa-swsc.sportsaffinity.com/reg/index.asp using the username/password with which you originally registered.

We recommend registering online, but if you are unable to do so, registration forms can be downloaded and mailed to our club address. Forms are available at our area elementary and middle schools or in the Registration area on our website.

How to Register Online

New parents/players/coaches – click the Register Now button below, select the Registration Tab, select the Player Registration or Coach Registration button and click Continue. Select Option 3 to create an account and complete the registration.

Returning parents/players/coaches – Click the Register Now button below and enter your username/password under User Login. If you cannot remember or do not know your username/password, you have two options:

1. Click the Forgot Password link and enter your email, lastname and zipcode in the displayed dialog. Username is not required. Affinity will send you an email with your username and a link to reset your password. Click the Reset Password link, enter a new password and then log on the SWSC registration page and complete your registration
2. Select the Registration tab, select the Player Registration or Coach Registration button and click Continue. Select Option 2 and enter the last name, birth date, and address of a member in the system already. Click the Login using Account Information button to complete the registration.

Registration Tips

We recommend using Internet Explorer 6 or 7 to complete your online registration. Some functionality within the program may not work correctly with other browsers.

Attempting to register from inside company firewalls (such as Nike or Intel) may result in long delays and failures. Please register from a location outside these firewalls.
