Registration for the Fall 2011 season will open on May 1, 2011. For Kindergarten - 8th grade, regular registration runs until June 15 with late registration continuing until teams are full. Note that after June 15, team placement is on a space-available basis. For the High School Rec program, late registration runs until early September. Registration fees for the Fall 2011 season are the same as last year:

We recommend registering online, but if you are unable to do so, registration forms can be downloaded here and mailed to our club address. Forms will be available at our area elementary and middle schools.
All parents/players/coaches - click the Register Now button below, select the Registration Tab, select the Player Registration or Coach Registration button and click Continue.
New parents/players/coaches - Select Option 2 to create an account and complete the registration. For new players and coaches, once you have created your account, you will be able to access your registration using your user name and password. Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Returning players and coaches - Select Option 1 to use the account you used last year to register. Please make sure to verify and update ALL the information in your registration - data from last year which is no longer correct (like grade or school) may persist if not updated and we need to make sure everything is accurate.
Returning players and coaches can retrieve their username AND password, by using the forgot password link to have this emailed to you. If one of the SWSC administrators completed your registration last year, you can still use this option to access your account. There are several places to retrieve this information
If you have any problems accessing your account, please submit a help ticket by clicking the "Tech Support Contact" on the Affinity website. For registration questions, contact the registrar@somersetwestsoccer.org or review the information on our website.
We recommend using Internet Explorer 6 or 7 to complete your online registration. Some functionality within the program may not work correctly with other browsers.
Attempting to register from inside company firewalls (such as Nike or Intel) may result in long delays and failures. Please register from a location outside these firewalls.
