Registration for the Fall 2017 season is now open. For Kindergarten – 8th grade, regular registration ends on June 15 but late registration continues on a space available basis. We anticipate having room at most age groups throughout the summer, so please register if you wish to play. If an age group fills, we will post this information and options for players in these groups. For the High School Rec program, late registration runs until early September. Players on a Somerset West Soccer team cannot be rostered/playing on a Select, Classic, or Competitive team during the same season that they are playing on a SWSC recreational team. Players on Developmental teams are allowed to also be rostered/play on a SWSC team during the same season. Players on a Somerset West Soccer high school coed team cannot be rostered/playing on any high school team. If you have any questions, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration fees for the Fall 2017 season are not changing from the previous three years. Fees will be as follows:

Players will not be placed on teams until their registration fees have been paid. If you are planning on using THPRD Family Assistance funds or would like to request a partial/full scholarship (limited number available), please send an email to email@example.com with your player’s name, age, grade and request. We ask that, if possible, you first use THPRD Family Assistance funds to help pay the SWSC registration fee.

We recommend registering online, but if you are unable to do so, registration forms will be available for download from this site by mid-April.
How to Register Online – Opens May 1
All parents/players/coaches – click the Register Now button below, select the Registration Tab, select the Player Registration or Coach Registration button and click Continue.
New parents/players/coaches – Select Option 2 to create an account and complete the registration. For new players and coaches, once you have created your account, you will be able to access your registration using your user name and password. Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Returning players and coaches – Select Option 1 to use the account you used last year to register. Please make sure to verify and update ALL the information in your registration – data from last year which is no longer correct (like grade or school) may persist if not updated and we need to make sure everything is accurate.
Returning players and coaches can retrieve their username AND password, by using the forgot password link to have this emailed to you. If one of the SWSC administrators completed your registration last year, you can still use this option to access your account. There are several places to retrieve this information
- Click the Registration tab, then select the type of registration (Player and/or Coach). Under Option 1, click the Forgot username/password link.
- From the initial SWSC page, click on “Forgot password” on the left side of the screen to retrieve your username and password via email from Affinity.

Attempting to register from inside company firewalls (such as Nike or Intel) may result in long delays and failures. Please register from a location outside these firewalls.
